Who is responsible

This website is operated by Value Connect s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic (the controller), on behalf of Valqueira, a joint venture of Value Connect s.r.o. and Pesqueira Global. Questions about personal data: info@valqueira.com.

What we collect and why

Enquiries: the name, email address, organisation, role and message you send us, used to answer you and, where we agree to work together, to perform that work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding, then contract.
Newsletter: the email address, audience selection and consent record you provide, used to send the Valqueira Letter after double opt-in. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Booking a call: handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling under Google's own terms; we receive your name, email address and the time you chose.
Website use: this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Sharing

Enquiries are read by the two founders and, where relevant, shared with the other joint venture partner. We use Cloudflare for hosting and Turnstile spam protection, Brevo to deliver contact-form submissions, Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions, and Google Workspace for email and calendar; each processes data for those purposes. We do not sell personal data. Off-market opportunities are never shared with third parties without a signed agreement.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Write to info@valqueira.com. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
